CANCELLATION OR CHANGING MY ORDER
I Want To Modify The Information On My Order
Within 12 hours after your purchase, if you wish to change any information on your order (your address, recipient name,…), please contact us at [email protected] to be supported right away.
After this time frame, our system can no longer process your modification request.
I Want To Change My Shipping Address, But The 12 Hour Processing Time Has Passed
If our system has recorded your wrong shipping address and it can no longer be modified, you might need to track your regularly for status update. In the very likely case that the parcel has arrived at your local post office, you can request them to deliver your order to the correct address. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund for lost orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during the checkout process. Please make sure to double check your mailing address before placing an order.

I Want To Cancel My Order
Within 12 hours after your purchase, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] to be supported right away. Your order will be cancelled free of charge. After this time frame, our system can no longer process your cancelling request, as the order has already been confirmed by the system.
If you still wish to cancel your order even after this time frame, please also send a request to our support email and specify the reason for cancellation. We can surely work things out for you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
I Want To Return/Exchange A Defective Product
– Damaged due to production quality (missing button, dirty marks…)
– Damaged due to poor packaging/handling during shipment
Please notify us at [email protected] with photo evidences of the errors mentioned above, so that we can help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will take all responsibility for the faulty product, and you can choose to receive the compensation as follows:
– If you still wish to receive the item(s) in your original order: We will send the replacement to your address free of charge.
– If you no longer want the item(s)/do not wish for a replacement: We will issue a full refund to your original payment account. The process will take up to a few days depending on your payment methods, so feel free to check back with us if you still haven’t received the refund.
You can keep the defective product as an apology from Hyperfavor without having to send it back for return.

I Received The Wrong Item
